Collaboration with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region

Saratoga Mentoring of Catholic Charities collaborates with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region, with the goal of providing high quality mentoring for children in Saratoga County. Working together, the two organizations offer mentor matches for over 150 children each year. Group activities and the "Saturdays at Skidmore Program," include children and volunteers from both organizations. Staff from Saratoga Mentoring and Big Brothers Big Sisters work closely together to ensure that the needs of each individual child are being met through a careful process of matching and support.
